The number of physicians and surgeons must be there to cater the patients. Some people who are found to be religious also work in hospitals and are they work as volunteers. Many people give charity to the hospitals which cannot meet its requirements so that the poor patients can be helped. The volunteers tend to be more hardworking and willing to work so they are more honest to work and more loyal. There are many hospitals which also give training to the new interns as well as work as a social hospital. Hospitals have different departments with different specializations. They may include neurosurgeons, cardiologists, eye or skin specialists and many other. Sometimes hospitals may have different campuses in a different location of a same city only to cater the people of different areas.
