The hospitals are the places thought to be the most peaceful places for the patients as well as for the visitors. This shows that hospital is a place with full arrival of the flowers with peace. Someone is born, and then no noise, only happiness is spread. If someone is dead, again no noise in the hospital, but only the grief and sorrows on the faces of the nearest and the dearest one. This is the main ideal and suitable conditions for a hospital with no or less concerns of the people having great abilities and acknowledgements. This is the basic diversity between the Private and the government hospitals. The private hospitals are thought to be more reliable as compared to the government ones. This is because the availability of the doctors when they are needed is sufficiently and timely provided or not. In government hospitals, if some mishaps take place, there is no one to be blamed and no action can be taken even if someone is blamed. But, in contrast, the private hospitals are more concerned and are more responsible and always try to minimize the chances of any mishap in the critical situations. This will give a brief account of the responsibility effect of both sort of hospital’s. The problem is not with being privatized or government hospital, but the justice in the thoughts, the responsibilities in their actions, the soberness and friendliness in their attitudes is the basic ting in the grooming and occupation of a doctor. Being a doctor, only to earn the money is not everything but to be worried for the life is considered to be more liable so that people adopt this occupation happily.
